I understand why people ask that. While I'm younger than many candidates, I believe leadership is about commitment, integrity, and listening, not age. As a recent graduate, I have firsthand experience with today's education system and understand the challenges students face. I also bring professional leadership experience, extensive volunteer work, and a strong commitment to serving our community. I'll work collaboratively, ask questions, and always put students first.

My experience comes from leadership, community service, and advocacy. I currently serve as an Acting Manager with a Manitoba Crown corporation, where I lead teams, solve problems, and make responsible decisions. I'm also actively involved in our community through volunteer work and have advocated for safer schools and greater accountability within RETSD. As a recent graduate, I bring a perspective that complements the experience of others while focusing on the future of our schools. 

 Trust is earned through honesty, consistency, and action. I've always believed in showing up, listening to people, and following through on my commitments. Throughout my community involvement and advocacy, I've spoken up for students and worked to make a positive difference. If elected, I'll be an accessible trustee who communicates openly, makes decisions transparently, and always puts the interests of students, families, and our community first. I won't promise to have every answer, but I will promise to listen, work hard, and always act with integrity.
